A/V rental can help make your wedding day special.
Outdoor ceremony:
Our wireless self powered sound system will allow your guests to hear everything even if you choose a location with no available electricity!
We have speakers with built in amplifiers that run on internal rechargeable batteries. The system includes a wireless mic for the pastors lapel so your guests can hear every word. Need music? We'll throw in a battery powered CD player. Have a singer? We will include a singer mic. This speaker system does have some limitations of maximum volume, although it would take a very large ceremony, or a very windy day to require more sound than this system is capable of. We will discuss your plans to be sure it meets your needs.
Even when electricity is readily available the convenience of a self powered system is a great choice for most ceremonies. If more sound is required and electricity is available we can provide a larger system to meet any need.

Video Slide Show:
We can provide
a video projector, VCR/DVD player, wireless link to your DJ's sound system
or speakers to play the sound from your video. (*)
We have two screen sizes available the largest is 10 feet diagonal, which
is 8 feet wide by 6 feet tall. If that is too large for your room we also
have one that is only 5 feet wide and approxamately 4 tall. These screens
are tripod mounted and can be set to various heights so that everyone
can see.
(*) To link audio to the DJ's sound system you will need to check with your DJ first to be sure he is willing to make the connection to his system. Have him contact us in advance for more information.
Delivery:
We can deliver and pick up the rental equipment. Some disc jockeys will
take care of delivery and operation for you. Or you can pick it up yourself
from our office.
